Who we accommodate and Location of our Projects
We provide safe, secured, stable, and well-managed accommodation for individuals and households seeking housing stability, independence, and long-term tenancy success.
Our accommodation is suitable for people who may face barriers to accessing accommodation within the private rented sector and who are able to live independently with housing management and minimal tenancy sustainment services. Whilst we offer housing-related guidance, welfare checks signposting – income maximization, and tenancy sustainment assistance, we do not provide personal care, domiciliary care, regulated activities, supported accommodation services, or services requiring CQC registration as at now. Our staff may provide information, guidance, and practical assistance with housing-related matters on an ad hoc basis. Where specialist support is required, tenants are signposted or referred to appropriate external agencies.
Subject to availability and suitability, we may accommodate but not limited to:
- Individuals and households experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.
- Universal Credit or Housing Benefit recipients.
- Individuals with no local ties connection.
- Refugees and asylum seekers granted leave to remain.
- People moving on from temporary or supported accommodation.
- Low-income households and individuals facing housing insecurity and instability.
- People referred by local authorities, charities, healthcare services, community organizations, and other approved referral agencies.
All referrals and applications are assessed on an individual basis to ensure that accommodation is suitable for both the applicant and the existing residents within the property.
Locations
Our accommodation projects are primarily located across North West London, with accommodation available in selected boroughs and communities.
