Property Features

Depending on the property type, features may include:

- HMO and fire safety compliance.
- Furnished bedrooms including bed, wardrobe, beddings, chest of drawers, and essential furniture.
- Furnished Living room with TVs and Settee.
- Fully fitted kitchens with cooking facilities.
- Wi-Fi provision in the property
- Provision of essential white goods and appliances
- Basic kitchen cooking appliances and accessories, including cutlery, pots, pans, and other household essentials where provided.
- Clean, safe, and turn key ready to move in and occupy accommodation same day.
- Streamlined move-in process with same-day occupancy available subject to completion of tenancy requirements.
