We are a private housing sector provider delivering safe, secure, high-quality PRS accommodation across North West London. We support people facing homelessness, housing insecurity, or barriers to accessing suitable accommodation – including Universal Credit and Housing Benefit recipients, refugees and asylum seekers with leave to remain, and those moving on from temporary or supported accommodation.
We provide professional tenancy management, housing-related guidance, and signposting to specialist services – but we do not provide personal care, domiciliary care, or regulated/CQC-registered support. All referrals are assessed individually to ensure accommodation is suitable for both applicant and existing residents.
